Registration Information

REGISTRATION
The conference fee for regular participants covers access to all conference sessions, exhibition area, welcome reception, coffee-breaks, delegate’s set with conference programme and book of abstracts, conference dinner and excursion. The student fee covers all above except the ticket for the conference dinner.
 
The one-day registration fee includes access to the plenary hall, poster session (if any at the selected day) and exhibition area, delegate bag, excluding tickets for social events.
 
The conference fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception, Plovdiv City Tour, conference dinner and excursion.
 
Participant by correspondence: this type of registration is designed for those participants who are not able to attend the ICNPU-2015 physically. After the meeting the book of abstracts will be duly sent by post (please supply your full postal address).

The conference fee does not include individual costs for travel, accommodation and personal insurance.
 
All participants are kindly requested to pre-register by sending a completed Registration form using the on-line system (please follow the link by clicking the REGISTER button on the Homepage). Please bear in mind that each participant should create his/her own account with username and password.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Before 10 June, 2015 – 100% refund, less a 30 euro for bank fees
Before 15 July, 2015 – 50% refund, less a 30 euro for bank fees
No refunds will be given after 15 July, 2015 or for no shows.
 

CONFIRMATION LETTER
A letter of confirmation will be sent to participant on receipt of the registration form and respective payment.
 

REGISTRATION DESK
On arrival at the hotel and after check-in, participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference hall where they will be supplied their registration badges and conference materials. Outstanding balances for registration fee, accommodation and/or transfers should be settled at the registration desk.
